Retirement News / Tartan Tribune
Parents/Guardians,
You may have heard that I am retiring at the end of this year after thirty-one years as an educator. I have had an amazing career, most of which was spent as a math teacher or administrator in The Woodlands Feeder zone. The last four years serving as Principal at McCullough Junior High has been amazing. McCullough is very dear to my heart as it is also my high school alma mater. It has been my absolute pleasure to attend the many athletic and fine arts events that your children have been a part of at McCullough. The daily interactions with your children have been some of the most rewarding times of my career. I am truly thankful to have been a part of the Highlander family for so many years.
Our school board has named Josh Hughes to take over as Principal for next year. Mr. Hughes currently serves as the Wilkerson Intermediate Principal and is excited to become Principal at McCullough. He will continue to carry on the tradition of excellence here at McCullough.
