Crystal Kocian is a current Assistant Principal at McCullough Junior High. Born and raised in Houston, she began her career in Klein ISD teaching high school business/marketing for 6 years while serving as the department chair. In 2014, she became a high school Assistant Principal in Klein ISD for 5 years. In 2019, she then transitioned to Conroe ISD as an Assistant Principal at McCullough.
